At Swordmansion.com, we realize that all sales may not be final. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods.
To initiate a return it is mandatory to contact our office by email to have a product authorized for return. NO RETURNED PRODUCTS WILL BE PROCESSED without prior authorization from our office.
Below are some guidelines to follow for returns:
FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:
All Freight orders must be inspected BEFORE the END USER accepts the shipment. If damage is not discovered or noted and a shipment is accepted and signed for then Swordmansion.com is not responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy.
REFUNDS:
You will be refunded in the same manner of payment of which you paid originally. For example, if the order was placed with a Visa card then it will be refunded to that same Visa credit card.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed. If you feel like a return has taken longer than 2 weeks, please contact our office for any questions you may have. Swordmansion.com reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
Who do we ship through? What are my options?
Swordmansion.com only uses UPS to ship our products, unless a specified carrier is picking up, and an appointment is made.



Orders usually ship between 24-48 hours with Standard Ground.
*During periods of high volume, such as the holiday season, allow 3-4 days for an order to ship, when using Ground Service, or LTL freight.
* If you need a package to arrive by a specific date, you MUST select a 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day service, to ensure delivery on a specific date.
Orders made with priority shipping will leave the same business day, if ordered by 2pm, EST. You will receive an email with tracking information when the order ships.
Transit time begins by counting the next business day, not counting Saturdays and Sundays, or major holidays. For example, If an order is sent via 2-Day, and ordered on a Monday by 2pm EST, it would arrive on Wednesday.
Orders with Ground service do not have shipping priority, and do not have a guaranteed shipping date.
Transit times to your location can be found on the transit map (shown below).
Deliveries to states outside the 48 contiguous states do not have specific guaranteed transit tmes. US Postal service orders have no guaranteed transit times, and are not point-to-point trackable.
For Freight orders, transit time varies, please call for details on transit times. You will also receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

We cannot change an order once its been printed in our warehouse. We can cancel the order for you, providing it has not shipped yet, and you may remake the order with appropriate changes. But you must call for this in any case. If you email, we may not get to it before your order ships.
Do you ship overseas?
No. We currently only ship to USA and Canada.
